
The following changes are only applicable to the players who train at our Skills sessions once a week. (Team players have been sent their terms and conditions for the season)
TIMETABLE CHANGES:
The following training sessions will no longer continue from September. If you were enrolled into one of these classes, we will be in touch to see which other class in the week we can accommodate you in:

FEE STRUCTURE CHANGES:
Training fees will no longer be calculated at £12 per week and billed for the month according to the number of weeks.
Instead, there will be a flat monthly fee for each class (whether there are 4 sessions or 5 sessions, the rate remains the same). This price structure will already have been in effect if you joined towards the end of last season.
Payment Options:
Since the monthly fees are at a flat rate now, we suggest you set up a standing order for your fees to avoid missing payment deadlines and late payment charges.
TERMS & CONDITIONS CHANGES:
MISSING TRAINING SESSIONS:
There are no refunds or financial credits for missing sessions.
Instead, we will continue with the Replacement Session policy we've always had, where parents can book their children into a different class to their regular class to replace the session they've missed.
You may only book a replacement session as long as it is within 6 months of the date of absence and your subscription to your regular class is active and paid for. i.e - you cannot book a replacement session in a month which you've frozen (see below) or not paid for.
FREEZE OR RELEASE:
Parents will no longer be able to freeze individual weeks within a month. If you miss an individual week or two, even if you give us notice, you'll only have the option to book in a Replacement Session.
If you wish to take a break - you'll have 2 options - FREEZE or RELEASE
FREEZE
If you wish to freeze your space in the class (for example you're away on holiday or it is a religious month for you), you will have the option to freeze that full calendar month for £16. This fee ensures your child's space in the class is reserved as we keep limited spaces in each class. Please send us a written notice at least 7 days before to freeze any month, either by email, phone message or message on Pitchero.
There is a limit of 2 calendar months in the season from September to July that can be frozen, but you won't be permitted to freeze 2 consecutive months, so please plan ahead.
As always, August is not counted in our schedule so you don't have to worry about your space during Summer holidays. Please note that if you wish to freeze the shorter month of December, it will still be counted as one of your 2 month limit.
RELEASE
If you don't wish to pay the £16 fee to freeze, you can then release the space in the class and get back in touch once you'd like to join back. However, as we won't have held the space for your child, it could be taken up by another player during that time.
Also rest assured that, as before, if you join back within 12 months of releasing the space, you won't need to pay the membership registration fee again.
