MEMBERSHIP FAQS, TERMS & CONDITIONS:
HOW MANY SESSIONS PER WEEK?
Training Fees are for 1 x Training Session per week in the class you're enrolled into.
For training more than once a week, or to play in our league squads, please contact us for more information.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A CLASS?
There are NO REFUNDS/FINANCIAL CREDITS for missing training sessions.
Should you miss a session, you will have the option to book in a replacement session at any other session during the week. This can be booked within 6 months of the date of absence, and can only be booked in a calendar month which you have paid for your regular training session. i.e - You cannot book a replacement session in a month for which you've frozen or not paid for.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SUPER SKILLS CANCELS A SESSION?
If Super Skills cancels a session due to adverse weather conditions, you may either book in a replacement session or claim a credit of £8 towards your next payment. This must be requested in writing through email or phone messages to our admin team.
If Super Skills cancels a session due to any reason other than adverse weather conditions, you may either book in a replacement session or claim a credit of £12 towards your next payment. This must be requested in writing through email or phone messages to our admin team.
WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY THE TRAINING FEES FOR EACH MONTH?
We request that you set up a standing order of £55 per month that goes out on 1st of each month (or £28 for December).
We will send you a payment reminder one week before the beginning of each month. Reminders are sent through Pitchero App, which you are required to download and have an account registered to it. Keep your Notifications ON!
Super Skills reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of £5 for any payments that are not made on time to cover the cost of overtime administration. Continuous late payments may result in your membership being terminated without any refunds.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION NOTICE SUPER SKILLS REQUIRES?
We will always assume that you are renewing your space at the end of each month or block that you have paid for. If you wish to cancel your child's space, please give us 7 days written notice, and we will release your space at the start of the following calendar month.
I WANT TO TAKE A BREAK, BUT KEEP MY CHILD’S SPACE IN THE SESSION. HOW DOES THAT WORK?
Since we have limited spaces in each of our training sessions, we can give you the option to FREEZE or RELEASE.
FREEZE:
Parents can freeze any given calendar month in our Season (September to the following July) by paying only £16 that month. This will ensure that your child's space in the class is held and not offered to anyone else during that month. Parents can freeze a maximum of 2 calendar months in the season, but consecutive months cannot be frozen. Freezing December will count as freezing a full month. Please give us 7 days written notice to freeze a month for you. Individual weeks within a month cannot be frozen, but replacement sessions can be booked if you are on holiday for just 1 or 2 weeks of the month and wish to train the other weeks in that month for example.
RELEASE:
If you don't want to pay the £16 to freeze the space, then you can release the space in the class and get in touch when you want to join back. Please note that you'll only be able to join back if spaces are available in the class of your choice, as we won't have reserved it for you while you are away.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO PAY THE MEMBERSHIP JOINING FEE?
Only Once. For as long as you continue to train, we won't charge you the membership joining fee again. You will only be required to pay the membership joining fee again if you take a period of inactivity for 12 months and then decide to join back.
